Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Leads group of (Technical) Engineering Managers to fulfill company strategic, profit plan OEM customer and internal goals and directions
- Participates in making strategic decisions for group
- Plan resources and budgets
- Leads group of senior engineers develop multiple systems or multi step processes to a set of requirements defined by “customer”
- Giving and creating comprehensive reporting
- Communicates with peer chief engineers and business managers and shares best business practices
Requirements for the employee

University education (Master's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
- Min. 8 years Automotive area (including leadership experience of min. 5 years as Engineering Manager)
- Education (technical and/or commercial), Engineer (bachelor, FH, TH, Master ) or equivalent technical career path
- Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives
- Language: fluent English language, German language is advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in management field and organizational skills
- Leadership Experience and budget preparation skills
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Product and Process knowledge in area of automotive Interiors (Door Trim, Instrument Panel, Floor Console)
- Orientation on customer expectation and need
