Our expectations for you as a Candidate:
Minimum 3 years of work in a similar position.
Fluent in English both spoken and written.
Fluent in Slovak both spoken and written.
Well organized.
Higher education, preferably related to marketing communication or marketing in general.
Ability to coordinate and lead corporate projects with an international attendance.
Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
Basic budget understanding
Good knowledge of principles of functioning of marketing communication, social media and online tools.
Ability to prioritize, take the initiative and work effectively, multiple task managements, setting and meeting own deadlines
Experience in briefing and dealing with vendors/agencies (creative agencies etc.)
Ready to travel within Czech republic and internationally. Travel likely to include weekends at times.

Objectives of the role:
Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals in line with the local and regional strategy
Identifying and executing improvements for processes and content
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring project success
Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, global contact directory, and intranet sites
Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team
Marketing coordinator responsibilities
Leading/Coordinating role in organizing strategic marketing initiatives for CZ and SK – from planning to cooperation with local leadership and agencies and report results
Marketing communication campaigns (e.g. e-mail, social media)
Production of branding materials (i.e. banners, rollups etc.)
Coordinating social media activities – cooperate with agency in posts planning, contests organizing and copy translation
Coordinating of marketing project – in cooperation with local, regional team and external agencies
Website administration, launches and updates – localization websites for CZ and SK, content checking and refreshing, products in e-shop for Members in cooperation with local team and external vendors
Coordinating of localization process of videos, presentations, flyers and other materials form EMEA (translation provided by translators)
Marketing budget control together with the Country Manager and Country Director
Supporting events, conferences and other sales support initiatives (i.e. by producing gadgets, branding etc.)
Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content.
Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through strategic media avenues within budget.
Manager external vendors
