This position is part of Manufacturing, contributes to industrial strategy definition, integrates products and processes and leads the industrialization stream of new products.

The Poprad location has around 1360 professionals dedicated to front loader washing machines, top loader washing machines. Poprad is among the World Class Manufacturing pilot plants obtaining outstanding and above the average results since the first audit.

Your task in this role will include:

The Technical Project Leader leads the Engineering function to execution (on time, cost and quality) of Growth & Innovation projects:

Management and Delivery of assigned projects in cooperation with cross-functional team - Procurement, Logistics, Production, Quality, Industrial engineering, Marketing with respect to Product roadmap strategy
Management of the activities connected with design of new components and products in cooperation with Sub-system teams
Preparation of tasks, Time schedule, Budget and Resources needed for development and delivery of assigned projects

Responsibilities:

KPIs connected with assigned project deliveries
Periodical reporting of Projects status
Responsibility for effective usage of Project budget and manpower
Periodical feedback to sub-systems and manufacturing teams
Problem identification and Problem solving


Background and Experiences:

Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical / Electronic area
At least 3-5 years of drafting experience
Project Management
Experience with cross-functional team working
Product development - advantage
FMEA, PFMEA, Six Sigma
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
