Čo od vás očakávame
- to support the Banks in the implementation of remuneration and incentives-related Group rules and systems;
- to support the Banks to ensure the consistency and compliance with the Group and local provisions applicable of the incentives systems and the related payment schemes;
- to support the Banks in the preparation of the documentation to be submitted to the competent Committee/Board of the Banks, in relation to remuneration and incentives matters;
- monitor the personnel cost performance of the Bank and analyze the consolidated data trend vs. budget and previous periods, preparing periodic reporting, focusing on incentive systems, relative provisions and balance of the pay-out.
