Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Documents - issuing invoices and down payments used trucks, trailers, services, damages, rental trucks etc.
• Sales admin support – handling of UTS and DMS and issuing of invoices (related to sales dept.).
• Reporting – regular monthly update of reports ; PDI cost follow up; different kind of statistics when needed – monthly, quarterly, yearly. Other required reports/statistics on demand and when needed
• Evidence/control - used trucks & rental payments, business files finalizing & archiving, internal & external invoices follow up of PDI and extra equipment costs
• RV management – documentation, reporting & follow up of the Residual Value portfolio in UTS; in close cooperation with Finance dept. and UT Sales reps
• Other Invoicing - help & support with invoicing of Dynafleet subscriptions at month ends.
• Other - related administration & support and other tasks given by UT Sales reps and MD in verbal or written form.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
