Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Manage the interface between the customer and VISTEON manufacturing plant
- Make sure customer specific requirements are implemented into all processes
- Communication with the customer on regular base to ensure customer´s satisfaction
- Responsible for customer claims handling process
- Manage effective and appropriate problem solving by using of 8D methodology steps or another appropriate quality tools
- Organizing of sorting / containment activities
