Job description, responsibilities and duties
If you want to be part of our team join us as Dispatcher of special projects.
• Help to ensure that global or key accounts related field service interventions are completed within scope, in order to meet the customer requirements, monitor service performance vs. service level agreement (response time, PM completion rate, reaction time, resolution time, first time fix rate, etc), collect proof of delivery (service reports from EMEA service teams)
• Create and build scorecards for key accounts and help to build other, service related KPIs (analysis) for service operations (metrics).
• Support ERP system development and help with testing new features, supportive tools
• Help MUs to coordinate jobs and manage difficult international projects (provide also admin support)
• Control system (ERP) data quality/health, ensure total discipline in the use of the ERP system, help to improve data quality via the monitoring transactions, training, preparing supportive tools, guides.
This position is maternity leave replacement.
