Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are hiring several positions - permanent and temporary for 6 months.
We are looking for person with combination of these languages English + German. For temporary postition is english enough.
Job Purpose
To ensure that all customer purchase orders are validated, recorded, processed and delivered safely within the specified times
Specific Responsibilities
- Supporting customers on all pre-order stages such as part numbers identification, pricing and orders quotation
- Checking booking forms for consistency, changes and delivery requirements
- Chasing late deliveries, missing parts or purchase orders changes with Service Procurement
- Collection and management of all of documentation required prior goods shipments to the Customers
- Warranty claims management
