Job description, responsibilities and duties
• To guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for a company within Slovak and Czech market, covering all facets of HR in compliance of the overall business strategies.
• Act as Business Partner for Management Team.
• Implement locally the HR Strategy of the Group /Region. Meet and exceed HR KPI’s and targets defined for the country.
• Close cooperation with the management team in delivery of short and long-term business objectives
• Leading effective recruitment processes and implementing talent acquisition strategy for permanent and temporary employment
• Managing suppliers of temporary workforce
• Monitoring the market and legislation and adjusting company offer accordingly
• Change management
• Supporting internal policies and actions related to compensations and benefits
• Supporting managers in personnel labor law issues
• Managing local HR projects and participation in international projects
• Cooperating with the management team in planning and controlling the personnel budget
• Preparing local training and education plans
• Reporting to the Region
