About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Global Continuous Improvement team which supports the Critical Care, Ostomy and Wound Care franchises. This position supports the global and franchise Lean Six Sigma initiative in education, coaching, training and ultimately driving cost reductions and improvement in margins.

Your key duties and responsibilities:
• Achieves annual SMART goals that are communicated each year by Franchise Lead
• Appy DMAIC/DfX/DfSS methodologies via Project Delivery
• Play a leading role in the development of the overall Green Belt program and governance mechanisms for future certification waves across the franchise
• Provides mentoring and coaching to assigned franchise Green Belts or other personnel as part of their project management and personal development.
• Verifies that DfSS, DMAIC, and Lean methodologies and tools are being properly applied to projects
• Works with Plant, Franchise and Global CI leadership to ensure Continuous Improvement goals are being met. Helps plant team identify opportunities through data analysis, Plant deep dives and /or workshops
• Conducts training and education for Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, Green Belts, supports and develops the ConvaTec training materials.(Esp DfSS/Dfx)
• Shares “best practices” throughout the Company and monitors projects for opportunities for cross-collaboration
• May lead projects independently or with the help of a Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt(s)
• Collaborates with process owners, Plant Leadership and Franchise Leads to develop and evolve Six Sigma, Lean training materials, classes, workshops, tools and methods

• Quarterly bonus after the trial period - max. 10% from the monthly salary of the employee (based on the results of the production plant)
