Material Master Data Analyst

Process master data activities as required, including processing request for SAP item master creation and data revision at a global and client level, ensuring master data related to new products is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with policies.

• Extends materials and create and update Bills of Material and Routings for new and existing products in coordination with manufacturing plants.

• Enter transfer prices, purchase info records, sales price condition records, freight condition records in SAP.

• Perform scheduled audits on item and other supply-chain related master data at a global and client level to ensure accuracy and compliance and manage updates as required.

• Liaise with finance, change control, logistics, and other internal and external contacts to obtain master data information

• Liaise with helpdesk and other support functions related to master data change.

• Understand the structure of key data items, relationships between them and use in internal reporting.

• Support Manager, Material Master Data as required in projects relying on SAP supply chain data.

• Participate in the global working group of ‘data stewards’ at manufacturing sites to develop and implement policy and ensure backup coverage of all master data functions.

• Ensure compliance with CVT policies and standards on existing data and alignment with CVT standards
