Head of Middleware/application team

We seek middleware teamleader with technical background in area of DBA or Middleware administration to be able to understand projects and concepts that team works on.

Responsibilities :
* lead the team od middleware admins : distribute work, evaluate results, create suitable environment for the team to work effectivelly
* responsibility for technical delivery, design of technical solutions, deadlines
* internal + external resource planning, budget planning
* planning of on call duties for the team
* assignment of people for specific projects
* reporting of status of delivery
* definition of technical goals for the team
* reviews of annual goal and providing inputs for performance annual financial bonus
* travelling to our Vienna office 1 day per week

Banking, finance

* Management of software development and integration projects (planning of the required budget and resources, coordination of the requirements collection, specification and implementation)
* Requirements definition with the customers and their integration into the existing process landscape
* Software development, integration and testing based on elaborated technical concepts
* Architecture and business analysis
* Deployment of the solution (handover to operations)
* Operations and maintenance of applications (problem handling, bug fixing and minor improvements)
* Integration of third party software into the existing IT landscape
