Talent Sourcer - IT (part-time)

As a part of recruitment team, you will be working closely with recruiters and covering mainly:
• Searching for suitable and relevant candidates via various sources
• Using social media (primarily Linkedin, Facebook, etc.)
• Working with professional job portals
• Tracking profiles and process via Internal recruitment system
• Close cooperation and support to Senior Recruiter
• Candidate preselection and communication regarding assigned positions
• Creating job adverts and job campaigns
• Defying and applying recruitment strategy of candidates approach
• Recruitment process organization and management
• Administrative tasks
