Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Assist in the creation and implementation of information security policies, standards, and programs consistent with local, regional, and global strategy.
• Develop, maintain, evaluate and implement policies and procedures in line with both business and security requirements
• Define controls as per PCI requirements
• Obtain and review evidence of compliance and adherence to PCI standards
• Provide guidance regarding PCI requirements and key domains of security controls, including change management, system access, network, encryption, security testing, policy, etc.
• Interface with internal and external auditors and assessors as and when required to evaluate solutions and environments for compliance with PCI standards
• Develop, mature and maintain global PCI compliance program
• Evaluate, identify and remediate any gaps in our products or solutions related to PCI control requirements
• Evaluate global business processes and customer solutions compared to regulatory and industry requirements
• Assist in establishing and executing strategic security vision, including creation and implementation of standards and frameworks that are aligned with overall business strategy using the current technology roadmap
• Perform other duties as assigned

Must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in security, IT, accounting, finance, or other relevant subject area, or equivalent experience
• Detailed knowledge of PCI standards and requirements
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (speak, read, write)
• 2+ years of experience in Information Security, Audit, or other relevant subject area
• Experience participating in PCI assessments/audits
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
• High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with little supervision
• Self - motivated person demonstrating good communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environment
• Ability to work in a multicultural and virtual team environment
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical abilities with a focus on developing practical solutions
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
Nice to have:
• CISA, CRISC, ITIL or similar certification
• Experience leading PCI or other security assessments/audits, and serving as primary point of contact and subject matter expert
• Knowledge of multiple security frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002, PCI DSS, COBIT, NIST, and SSAE16
• Knowledge of Security Regulations (SOX, PCI, GLBA)
• Knowledge of risk management concepts and risk assessment best practices
• Master’s degree in business, security, IT, finance, accounting, or other relevant subject area
• Bachelor’s degree in security, IT, accounting, finance, or other relevant subject area, or equivalent experience
