We are looking for an administrator who will work on Micro Focus Service Manager and SMA Service Portal. The main focus is application implementation and maintenance. In addition the position contains navigation and interaction within the whole ITSM Suite.
An ideal candidate should have in addition good technical background, has the ability to work with different Operating systems and be experienced in implementation and administration of complex Applications.

• General overview about the IT enterprise environment
• Basic knowledge about AD
• Basic networking knowledge
• Basic knowledge about DNS and DHCP
• Knowledge about VMware and or similar virtualization platforms
• Basic knowledge about databases
• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability of installing, configuring and maintaining application server
• Experience in installing, configuring and managing ITSM tools
