• Development and implementation of solutions based on the current monitoring infrastructure
• Development and maintaining of scripts and workflows in regards to automation and monitoring
• Fulfillment of internal or customer related requests
• Handling of Incidents and Problems
• 2nd Level support
• Procedures documentation
• Participation on internal and customer related audits
• Working in 24/7 international environment team
• Working on IT-Projects
