Junior Operational Risk Manager

The Actuarial and Risk Hub of the UNIQA Insurance Group in Bratislava is looking for support in the area of operational risk management. The focus of activities will be on the re-design and roll out of the group wide operational risk management framework. The internal control system (ICS) builds a core element within this framework, however, the overall scope goes beyond and covers all operational risks.

Therefore our young and dynamic team is looking for support in diverse areas of responsibilities from an ambitious and service-oriented risk manager.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the re-design of the operational risk management framework
• Run an international pilot to test the adopted ICS approach
• Contribute to the regular (group wide) operational risk management cycle (identification, evaluation and reporting)
• Orchestrate risk assessments inside UNIQA Group's international business units
• Support underyling tools and reporting systems
