As HR Legal Specialist you will be working in an exciting, international environment with challenging tasks and projects and supporting the Group HR team in various areas.

A day in the life of an HR Legal Specialist:

• You contribute to international HR projects and focused HR topics (e.g. international assignments, cross-border cooperation)
• You implement Fit&Proper assessment process within the Group and conduct Fit&Proper assessments of the executives
• You are responsible for the development, implementation and update of HR relevant group policies & procedures and you ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• You support the contract management of executives
• You process ongoing HR related matters of our international branch offices
• You cooperate with local HR departments

Your required skills and qualifications:

• University degree in Law and/or Human Resource Management or comparable
• Experience with labor, tax and social security law of different countries
• 3 years of experience as HR Legal Specialist in international environment
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Very good MS Office skills
• Fluent German and English skills
