You can expect a sound on-the-job Training within the Group. You will work together with our business units in Central and Eastern Europe and mainly be responsible for the calculation of Non-Life underwriting risk within the framework of our partial internal model.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities will contain:
• Solvency 2 calculations (Parameterisation of Non-Life underwriting risk)
• Monitoring and evaluation of the Groups Non-Life portfolios, with a special focus on reserving and risk.
• Involvement in international Group projects
• Development of Group tools and templates

Your required skills and qualifications:

• You can show a university degree in Mathematics/ Statistics (or other degree with a quantitative focus)
• You have a genuine interest in insurance and an independent working style
• You are a flexible team player, willing to learn and to travel

Favourable skills:
o Experience with tasks related to insurance, for example through workshops at university, internships, etc.
o Experience with programming languages and applications, for example SAS or R.

• Costumer orientation: Your solutions are tailor-made for specific needs
• Communication: Your communication is clear and timely
• Integrity and trust: You are hands-on and trustworthy
