About the job:

The Actuarial and Risk Hub of the UNIQA Insurance Group is looking for support in the Risk Management department. The focus of activities will be the direct support of the Group Risk Management Function including all areas of communication. This includes management reporting, coordination of risk committees, orchestration of the Group's risk management academy, support in international board meetings as well as representation of UNIQA's interests in various international working groups.

Therefore our young and dynamic team is looking for support in diverse areas of responsibilities from an ambitious and service-oriented risk communication manager.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Support the Group Risk Management function in all Group committees (preparation of materials, create minutes, follow up on tasks and decisions)
• Develop, maintain and orchestrate group-wide risk management education and training
• Follow-up on international developments (e.g. specific Solvency II developments) and analyse the high-level impact for UNIQA and its business units
• Prepare and support various international meetings (e.g. audit committees)
• Support in embedding a risk culture at UNIQA and transform complex proceedings into easy communication
• Policy management

Your required skills and qualifications:

• Profound knowledge of MS Office
• Profound knowledge of Solvency II
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Proactive and reliable team player
• Ability to solve problems and fast perception
• Service orientated
• Precise and effective way of working
• On-time communication
• German language

Favorable skills:
o Practical experience in the application of solvency II
