Job description, responsibilities and duties

Become a part of a dynamic Purchasing team in a multinational company, learn new skills, meet the industry professionals and start your career in the automotive industry. We will be happy for You to join our team!

  • Management of Non Production (General Expenses and Investments) purchase of the site in order to get best QCD level, with respect to the group purchasing strategy.
  • Coordinates and supports the Indirect Purchasing activities and budget achievement for 2 production plants.
  • Solves potential disputes with suppliers (with help of Purchasing Manager if necessary).
  • Launches request for tenders.
  • Applies Group Contracts in cooperation with Segment Leader.
  • Promotes potential suppliers to other sites and support their validation by Purchasing Managers relevant Commodity Coordination.
  • Builds and optimizes the panel of suppliers according to group/ national strategy and site needs.
  • Follows supplier’s performance and provides reporting within the requested delivery time.
