Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Leading a small accounting team within the company
• Responsibility for local planning, budgeting and controlling
• Responsibility for the coordination, execution and control of credit/debit accounting processes
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Responsibility for the timely submission of the reporting pack to the HQ
• Responsibility for implementation of local and group accounting guidelines
• Responsibility for corporate income tax/VAT/withholding tax
• Filing of statutory tax returns
• Management of payments
• Liquidity planning
• Preparation of cost analysis according to management needs
• Providing advice to the company management on financial issues

• Previous experience with managing of a (small) team
• Experienced in handling communication with auditors, tax authorities and banks
• Familiar with transfer price documentation according to Slovak BEPS and OECD regulations
• Knowledge in managerial accounting (controlling), liquidity and cash management (treasury activities)
• Reliable, result-oriented personality with hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a strong local finance team
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Driving license – active driver
