Junior Developer

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Junior Developer, with supreme communication skills, who is business savvy, who endeavours to work in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities:

● Creation and modification of HTML forms, including fixing bugs, replicate and recreate the form in line with the requirements of the customers received through the tracker.
● Create, replicate or modify new user-facing features as well as old ones.
● Development of mock of ups
● Ensuring technological development UI/ UX designs
● Build reusable codes and libraries/ components and feature use
● Optimise application for maximum speeds and scalability
● Collaborate and closely work with other team members
● Communicate in a timely manner with clients, to building positive working relationships and ensure that you consistently meet your deadlines.
● Centralise management on escalations and queries- Manage and respond to system errors, and cope with conflicting priorities.
● Cross-trained- support other team members to ensure deadlines are met.

Essential Criteria
● Previous experience and working knowledge with the .NET environment, including C# and MSSQL / SQL Server
● Understanding of building web applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as client-side scripting frameworks such as jQuery and Knockout
● Good understanding of DOM manipulation and OOP.
● Ability to build positive working relationships both via the telephone and emails.
● Analyse and problem-solving skills
● Highly organised and able to work under pressure
● Self-motivated as well as a key team player
● Attention to detail
● Integral and trustworthy personality to enable to build long-lasting relationships as well as build trust of our current clients as well as new customers. This is the driving force for each member of the development team.
● Proactive Learner- As the world of business is advancing so rapidly, it is key to ensure that the knowledge is always up to date.
● Fluent and comfortable speaking in English, in order to communicate directly with clients and customers.
● High levels of communication skills with the ability to liaise with all stakeholders including internal and external.
