Job description, responsibilities and duties
The new Receptionist should be an experienced and qualified individual
who has dealt with office management before and ideally coming from
similar international corporate setup. This person will be joining the
team of a large global company which offers a comprehensive range of
services covering Accounting, Legal and HR and Payroll compliance and
reporting.
The Receptionist will be responsible for handling client-facing duties as
well as general office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing reception and processing calls from clients;
Organizing agenda of meeting rooms, welcoming visitors;
Administering all company correspondence with clients and institutions;
Maintaining complete and accurate agenda related with supporting of teams – Client allocation list, Telephone list etc.;
Supporting agenda – archiving, filing, collecting documents, cooperating with colleagues;
Ensuring that all office supplies are available at all times;
Ensuring, that services will be delivered with high quality to the clients.
Key requirements:
University degree or high school graduate;
Communicative level of Slovak and English language (verbal & written);
Experience with Microsoft Office software;
Ability to work with special timesheet software;
Attention to details and good organizational skills;
Action / initiative oriented and very good customer skills;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Team – and - service orientation
Flexible, hardworking and enthusiastic with the ability to priorities and work to tight deadlines.
