Wels / Austria

Your tasks
- Lead the national sales teams in CZ and SK (perspectively assume responsibility for Eastern European markets) with active communication of vision, strategy and individual targets
- Active selling (acquisition of new clients, managing key accounts and servicing existing customers)
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical support for customers
- Develop and control the annual budget and sales plan
- Develop and monitor sales results and take appropriate actions as needed
- Realize accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Provide periodical reports to the Global Sales Manager in Austria
- Ensure excellent knowledge about national competitors with professional market analysis and create an aligned sales strategy

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Your profile
- Higher commercial or technical education
- at least 5 years of sales experience within powder or liquid coating industry or respective upstream industry, e.g. pre-treatment or engineering
- Consultative selling skills with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong communication skills and sensitivity for customer needs
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, (international) colleagues
- Experience in retaining a high performance sales team
- Extensive travelling
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English or German, Russian nice to have
