• Preparation of the monthly accounts in accordance with US GAAP; responsible for the general and subsidiary ledgers as well as intercompany accounts
• Explanation of deviations between planned and actual figures as well as deviation analyses of the current month to the previous months in cooperation with the operations team
• Regular cash flow reporting and planning for the various office locations
• Close cooperation with the HR department at the interface to payroll
• Submission of VAT returns and preparation of tax returns in cooperation with tax advisors
• Team lead for the shared services finance resources working for the non-Slovak units
• Contact person for management and other specialist areas with regard to financial and tax law issues
• Annual financial statements according to USGAAP and local GAAP - contact for auditors
• Accompaniment of external tax audits
