- Support all local BS teams in the daily operation of the food areas, from regular activities, to one-off projects and business plan initiatives.
- Contribute to the delivery of business plans, participating in relevant CE NWTs and meetings, and tailoring business plans impacting food division across CE.
- Support Local Food Operations managers and head office teams and contribute to decision making using my expertise in the food area.
- Work with a wide network of people across store local BS teams, head offices and distribution centers ensuring feasible plans are deployed right first time by engaged and capable stores.
- Support implementations and sustaining the unified routines of my area as process owner across CE in the simplest way possible.
- Ensure seamless two-ways communication between local BS teams and head office on my area, using the approved channels, targeting simplicity all the time.
- Lead CE level meetings when it is needed, representing my team’s standpoint.
- Create high quality communication packs and ensure right first-time communications in line with the valid rules.
- Check all communications impacting my area and in case of necessity I correct them based on my professional knowledge.
- Work pro-actively to mitigate issues and give recommendations to other teams for process improvements based on my expertise.
- Support deployment teams with contributing to training materials and documents.
