- Responsible for performance of artwork team
- Managing priorities for the team and external agencies depending on business needs
- Making sure all artworks are safe and legal
- Making sure the team I lead is up to date with any label law changes and internal processes
- Cooperating with new product development team, quality team, customer team, buying team and suppliers to clearly define the task that is to be delivered
- Monitoring the progress and key stages of projects, implementing changes to the process wherever needed
- Cooperating with external companies (translation, artwork agency) to spot any opportunities to review current processes and influence cost saving
