Aká bude vaša práca u nás?

• Main goal of the job is to develop and execute the 360 Food love stories campaign in all the channels in order to improve the overall quality image of Tesco by making the Tesco brand more appealing to our strategic customers
• Strong cross-functional representation of the FLS concept and overall management of its roll out and continuous maintenance by providing engaging communication throughout the year
• Leadership in overall CE launch plan that consist of producing the ATL& BTL communication and supporting the digital execution by continuous guidance and support for the digital agency
• Strong cooperation with the HR team to involve the colleagues to be an active part of the campaign a
• Working closely with the media team/agency to provide excellent media coverage of the FLS platform
• Lead the development of FLS communications across the CE region
- Briefing the CE agencies on the campaign and developing the CE creative part in line with overall brand strategy
- Managing the production budget for CE
- Leading the cooperation with the agencies on the assigned campaigns
- Managing the overall plan and execution on CE level on the assigned campaigns
- Preparing post evaluation of assigned CE campaigns across CE
- Close cooperation with other communication/brand managers, BTL and Digital teams when planning, developing and executing the assigned campaigns

• Country local team and comms bdgt management with the media team (media team responsible)
- Supporting the local Customer communication team (dotted line)
- Main contact from to the business from on communication
- Ensuring all the CE campaigns are locally well and appropriately executed
- Supporting the overall yearly media planning and agreeing on the strategy with media team
Following up the cooperation with local agencies in order to ensure effective cooperation
• General cooperation and processes follow up
- Ensuring appropriate communication with agencies and internal Tesco counterparts locally and on CE level
- Follow up agreed processes and ensuring the country teams follow them on both CE and local level – e.g. budget reporting and planning, creative proposals approvals …etc.
- Cooperation with other wide audience to support the overall execution of FLS (trade team, HR, CA, Retail)
- The “go-to” person on Customer related enquiries in-country

• Secondary / university education
• Consumer marketing experience 3 -5 years
• Driving licence

• Is able to demonstrate customer focused thinking
• Is able to demonstrate Tesco leadership skills to a relevant level.
