Aká bude vaša práca u nás?

Harmonizing current policies to match Group policies.
Harmonizing current country policies to CE policy (where it makes sense).
Designing new CE policies based on the agreed blueprint or guidelines.
Updating current policies based on legal requirements and company needs.
Providing information to employees about People Policies.
Standardizing and creating structure of policies.
Setting up, managing and maintaining the CE policy glossary.
Close cooperation with the other departments on the issues connected with the internal policies – legal changes, etc.
Close cooperation with ER and IR Manager in all the matters connected with the internal policies or documents (creation and updates).
