Aká bude vaša práca u nás?

Provide support on investigations and acquisitions before the competition authorities
Own the implementation of the CE Competition Law Compliance Programme, along with any remediation plans from investigations
Advise CE business and commercial teams on complex competition law issues associated with commercial contracts, property rights, joint buying and other issues
Provide regular training, comms and guidance to CE business teams and upskill CE Legal team on competition law issues
Advise on regulatory issues (including supplier legislation, retail legislation and potential breaches of EU free movement law) and manage their impact through horizon scanning, consultations and influencing
Be an experienced competition lawyer
Have in-depth knowledge of the European competition landscape
Have some experience of EU and regulatory law (for example, supplier legislation, EU free movement rules)
Be able to explain complex concepts to business colleagues in simple terms
Work collaboratively across the business to positively influence senior stakeholders
Work independently and collaboratively in a collegial, fast-paced team environment
Be comfortable carrying a varied and sometimes unpredictable workload, which may require travel at short notice

Personality requirements and skills

At least 4 year experience on the field of competition law
Very strong English both verbal and also in written and speak at least 1 relevant CE language (Polish, Czech, Slovak and/or Hungarian)
