Our IT team plays an integral role in accelerating this exciting journey and our Technical Capability Centre (TCC) is the future home of 250-300 new Takeda employees who will work to create and deliver the products and technologies that will enable these foundational aspirations.


OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
• Manage the ERP documentation repository (GxP and non) ensuring alignment with the BPML (Business Process Mastr List), accessibility, usability and implementation of the defined approval workflows
• Ensure continuous consistency, completeness and accuracy of the documents delivered by the ERP Products organization
• Ensure ERP Product documentation is compliant with the regulatory requirements
• Promote the importance of having an accurate and up-to-date solution documentation to support the management of the ERP Products
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide guidelines and standards for the creation and updates of the GxP and non-GxP ERP documentation (process, design, technical, compliance deliverables).
• Support and train Takeda people and externals on standards and quality requirements when producing the ERP related documentation
• Manage the load and the approval workflows of the ERP documentation in LEADS (or other document management systems)
• Maintain and control the ERP documentation libraries ensuring consistency and compliancy to standards and regulation requirements (for GxP relevant documents)
• Perform regular quality controls on the documentation to ensure for instance consistency of the documentation with the business processes in scope of ERP
• Be the SPOC is ERP for any request or improvements in LEADS (or other document management systems)
• Provide regular update to the BPM supervisor and supporting delivery teams (projects or run) on the status of the relevant documents
CORE ELEMENTS RELATED TO THIS ROLE
• Promotion of global guidelines and standards that the teams have to adhere in relation to Document Management when delivering ERP Products
• Providing a high-quality service to the Project and Run teams in particular when managing approval workflows and versioning of the ERP documents
• Stakeholders management in the ERP organization and with external parties (project teams and business)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

SAP Master Data Management - Basic
SAP administration - Basic

Personality requirements and skills

• Associate Degree or bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years relevant experience in Document Management processes and systems (like LEADS)
• Familiarity with regulated systems – general level of understanding of systems validation
• Ability to write and speak in the English language
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment
• Ability to prepare and execute business meetings virtual, face-to-face, cross functional, local or global to ensure meeting required deliverables
• Experience in communicating effectively to business and IT colleagues

Preferred

• Experience in pharmaceutical and or highly regulated industry
• Experience in being member of a Validation team or Programme Management Offices
