Our new Innovation Capability Center (ICC) in Bratislava, Slovakia is a specialized, innovative, and state-of-the-art center of technological resources that drives data and digital capabilities across Takeda. The Center is already home to approximately 200 employees (aiming to hire many more), organized into chapters and cross-functional squads based on agile ways of working.
