The role of Accountant, Accounts Receivable at TAJCO is central for our success. Amongst others, the key responsibilities include:
Administration of Debtor insurance
Management of Customer Master Data
Booking of payments
Sending the customer reminders
Communication with customers
Debt collection process and assurance that collection procedures are followed
Reporting of Debtor balances
Prepare the price diff. overviews
Take part in customer teams meeting (to clear the price diff., claims etc.)
Payments settlements
Any other tasks as requested by the line manager

You are a flexible and target driven individual who enjoys working with different people. You strive to deliver perfect results by providing accurate and up to date data even under pressure. You are independent and your attention to detail is second to none. You show a great sense of responsibility towards your tasks and always make sure to finish them on time. On top of this your great negotiation skills are enhanced by your ability to think and reason quickly.
We expect that you have experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry. Moreover, you have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and the debt collection process. We take it for granted that you have advanced Excel skills and experience with an ERP system (preferably AX). You completed Middle / High school education in Economics or Accounting, and you speak Slovak and English effortlessly.
