As our new Finance Assistant in the Malacky site of the TAJCO Group you will join an organisation with a global presence and lots of opportunities for development.
You will be the key person supporting the finance department with various transactional and accounting tasks.

You will be responsible for:
• Bookkeeping of transactions like invoices, bills, custom, issued invoices etc.
• Petty cash evidence
• Communication with suppliers
• Reviewing and booking of travel reimbursements
• Bank transfers

About you
You are at the beginning of your finance career looking for a job with challenging tasks and hands on experience. You are detail oriented and work in a systematic manner to ensure strong execution of our processes. You show a great sense of responsibility towards your tasks and always make sure to finish them on time. You are a proactive individual who is a good team player but can also work independently.

We expect that you can demonstrate basic knowledge of Slovak tax legislation and have at least basic experience in accounting. On top of this you have advanced excel skills. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and speak, read and write English effortlessly. In addition, you hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (High school or above). It would be a plus if you have worked with an ERP system before (preferably AX Dynamics).
