As a Shipment Coordinator in the Malacky site of the TAJCO Group you will join an organisation with global presence and lots of opportunities for development.

Coordination, shipment, communication:
The role of the Shipment Coordinator at TAJCO is central for our success. The responsibilities include among others:

 Coordination of goods in transit
 Daily coordination with the Logistics Assistants.
 Order overview and coordination with the manufacturing site.
 Daily coordination with global forwarders
 Definition of safety stock per part number/combination

About you
As a person and professional, you want to bring value and expertise to the logistics process. As a Coordinator, you display strong attention to detail and organization skills. Besides this, you show a great sense of responsibility towards your job. As you will become a part of a global organization, you should be used to working with multiple cultures and different time zones.

We expect that you will show great responsibility for the coordination of shipments, incoming goods and sales orders. Also, we expect that you are able to communicate with global forwarders in English, if you can master also German, even better. On top of this you will also provide the overview to the manufacturing site, evaluate correct shipping methods and ensure that the finished goods are available at the right time. You should have experience with an ERP system, preferably AXAPTA. It is important that you master Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
