As a Launch Manager in the Slovakian site of the TAJCO Group you will join an organisation with a global presence and lots of opportunities for development.
As a Launch Manager, you will have a key role in reaching our production goals.
The responsibilities include among others:
- Lead projects A – Z: develop plans, allocate resources, measure performance, ensure delivery
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Report to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
- Establish effective communication between project teams and production site.

As a person and professional you like to keep an overview, yet you are detail oriented. You have excellent organisational skills fuelled by your ability to communicate in the process.

Personality requirements and skills
We expect that you have experience in the automotive industry, preferably also in metal forming, welding, and galvanic planting. You have solid understanding of technical drawings & standards, APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and production release. It is relevant that you have advanced computer skills and understand the basics of the CAD software.
