The role of Accountant at TAJCO is central for our success. Amongst others, the responsibilities include:
Bookkeeping of all transactions (invoices, bills, custom, payroll, etc.)
Petty cash evidence
Preparation of government reports (VAT, Intrastate, taxes, etc.)
Communication with suppliers and government institutions
Review and booking of travel reimbursements

About you
As a person and professional, you are effective and efficient in everything you do. You strive to deliver perfect results by providing accurate and up to date data, and thereby support the key goal of global Finance department. You are independent and your attention to detail is second to none.
We take it for granted that you thrive in an international environment and are enthusiastic about new tasks and challenges. Keeping an owner mindset when reviewing the company expenses comes naturally to you.
We expect that you have experience in accounting at an advanced level, and that you have knowledge of the Slovakian tax legislation (income tax, VAT, custom, etc.).
Preferably, you have AX experience and advanced Excel skills.
A detailed understanding of accounting bridge is necessary, since the accounting in TSK is maintained under 2 different GAAPs (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Moreover, your expertise is not limited, and you have good transaction knowledge on a general level.
You completed Middle / High school education in Economics or Accounting, and you speak Slovak and English effortlessly.
