Job description, responsibilities and duties

•The Product Owner is responsible for creating the vision of the product (ex. platform/workload) and align product roadmap to a strategic goals of DTAG or other DTAG companies.
•Bridge between client, stakeholders and delivery organization. Acts as an ambassador of the product for internal as well as for external business partners.

Key accountabilities
•Hold responsibility for certain group of products within DCO - assigned by Lead of Product and Partner Management
•Maintain detailed overview of assigned products, perform profitability assessment - handling of One.ERP data hub - SAP system that is a source of financial data, facts, figures, internal cost charging and stock in cooperation with the DCO finance people.
•Support the Lead of Product and Partner Management to drive the entire vision and delivery of new products and features to keep the business relevant and competitive
•Conduct market and customer research to identify potential features and releases - direct communication with stakeholders in MIS-PC/Portfolio Management and SDMs located in the various relevant CUs and PUs.
•Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals
•Produce high-level product requirements in close relationship/cooperation with portfolio and engineering teams in order to contribute to product feature strategy. Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data and support, coordinate the product maintenance and strategy alignment.
•Continuously improve processes and products/services in assigned area, plan improvements and implement improvement programs.
•Set up the cost structure of the product in collaboration with the area QAP/Project Delivery&Business Performance within PC&PS.
•Drive Product Lifecycle Management.
•Posess a knowledge of what happened on the products based on figures provided by finance colleagues, produce ideas, how to optimize costs for workloads and maintain existing products in a good shape.
•Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
•Work with internal and external customers to analyse the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
•Posses a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
