Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description
•Supports planning, execution, and finalization of projects and initiatives of local or global strategic value.
•Updates and implements strategy and supporting continuous quality improvement.
•Prepares materials for communicating strategic objectives, business cases and oversight of the quality control throughout their life cycle.
•Consults relevant projects and delivers partial consolidated outcomes across the local organization.
•Works in an analyst position in global strategic projects, liaises with relevant global counterparts.

•Plans, prepares and creates buy-in for strategy analysis and implementations.
•Consults assigned project tasks and manages partial tasks in strategy and/or organization development.
•Defines and implements partial scope, goals and deliverables that support strategic business priorities.
•Uses knowledge of and applies methods of conceptual analysis to prepare partial business cases, profitability and scenario analyses, process analyses and design recommendations, and similar).
•Plans and facilitates communication of strategic objectives and business cases.
•Plans and elaborates partial budgets, particularly in the area of organizational change management and organizational development of the local organization.
•Executes oversight of quality control for strategy implementation tasks and initiatives throughout their life cycle.
•Manages project and/or organizational stakeholders to review, interpret, document, and communicate business/project needs, risks, constraints, issues, etc.
•Leads relevant project tasks/sub-projects and delivers consolidated outcomes across the local organization.
•Acts as a strategy consultant for the local organization, typically at the level of departments and units (MD – 2).
•Acts as analyst and solution designer in the scope of assigned global strategy and/or organizational change projects.

Management Scope
•Responsibility for project management, indirect steering of up to 15 people.
•Budget size responsibility – no explicit responsibility for budget
•Representation of company in national, governmental bodies and committees.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

•German (recommended) – pre-intermediate or above, A2+ in CEF,
•min 1.5 years professional experience involving 2 functional areas/fields of delivery (see below),
•min 1.0 year active project management experience,
•min 1.0 year in both professional fields of delivery,

•project management and T&T,
•cross-functional experience (min 2 different fields in IT service delivery),
•knowledge of strategic analysis (resources & capabilities, choice definition, prioritization),
•knowledge and application of conceptual, analytical and organizational methods (e.g., business case preparation, business analysis, process analysis and design, etc.),
•planning, breakdown and elaboration of budgets.
