Job description, responsibilities and duties

What about working in friendly, modern and non formal environment? Do you have great written German? Do you like videogames?
We are looking for German speakers to provide technical support to gamers in German speaking countries. You would provide services for one of the biggest players in gaming industry.

You will be:
  • providing solutions to customers via email & online check
  • applying your skills, experience and technical ability to ensure customer satisfaction
  • learning and testing NEW GAMES
  • communicating with gamers in a professional manner
  • meeting individual and team performance targets
