Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will:

be reporting to an Industrial Performance Manager locally and remotely;
cooperate and improve process and performance with a team of technologies and maintenance;
create and follow 5S, SMED methods and processes;
set process standards across al departments;
achieve or exceed the Company's operational KPIs;
be promoting and upholding Company performance standards and culture (on-time delivery, quality, continuous improvement, Company Values);
working on a Manufacturing Excellence: Deliver right-first-time, high productivity, high efficiency, high effectiveness, minimise waste, maximise added value, continuous improvement of process on all levels and visualisation improvement.
