Synergie is representing our key automotive client who is looking for an experienced Customer Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer. This position is located in Prague West, Central Bohemia region and offering a competitive salary of 100.000-120.000 CZK pm (46,559 - 55,871 EUR pa) + 13th salary + company car.

Personality requirements and skills
• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• Communication with the customer in German or English
• Comply with IATF 16949: Automotive Quality Management
• Devise and review specifications for products or processes
• Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
• Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
• Approve the right products or reject defects
• Communication with the customer in German or English
• Comply with IATF 16949: Automotive Quality Management
• Devise and review specifications for products or processes
