Job description, responsibilities and duties

About the Role

Your main responsibility in this position will be to maintain and analyze static data in asset management software platforms. You will be able to gain understanding of the nature and impact of data maintained and the ability to ensure their highest quality through performing various checks, report queries and data reconciliations. At the same time you will represent the team in various working groups and projects, design new processes and controls.

• Setup and maintenance of a high variety of financial static data such as portfolios, counterparties, payment instructions etc
• End-to-end data integrity checks to ensure highest data quality
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
• Working on projects, ad hoc queries and initiatives
• Seeking for improvement and simplification

• Financial markets knowledge is a plus, not a requirement
• Independent self-driven personality with detail orientation
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work in team
• Good command of written and spoken English
• MS Excel intermediate knowledge and affinity for IT innovation
