We are looking for a committed professional to join us as Expert Security Architect focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) in our team.


About the Team

Our product area Security Solutions is a part of our Chief Security Office organization. We are an agile organization crafting solutions for information security and identity & access management (IAM) use cases. Our services are at the heart of the corporate infrastructure, and our mission is to provide users in Swiss Re Group companies and partner organizations with reliable and customer-friendly services while keeping Swiss Re safe. Our team is based in several European locations: Bratislava (SK), Madrid (ES), Riga (LV), and Zurich (CH).


About the Role

The successful candidate will own the architecture of our upgraded PAM platform and service offering. They will contribute to product selection and implementation, and will ensure seamless fit of the new service in the existing multi-cloud landscape of applications and services.

This is a role in an in-flight initiative, focusing on defining a meaningful PAM target architecture and on how to incrementally transition from the existing setup into the new way of handling privileged access. About You

You are a self-motivated person, embrace change, and enjoy continuous learning. Precise communication skills in spoken and written English enable you to thrive in our international environment and to optimally work with a team across multiple locations. You influence without formal authority and across line management boundaries. Agile working environments are your comfort zone, you are proficient in applying agile methodologies, and you know what DevOps is.


Combining a degree in Computer Science or Information Security or a comparable qualification with experience as a security architect, you are well-positioned to become a key contributor of our team. You are familiar with diverse IT platforms and technologies such as server virtualization, databases, networking, private and public cloud platforms. To succeed in this role, you have or are ready to acquire a deep understanding of the following key areas of expertise:
- Identity and Access Management
- Privileged Access Management and leading PAM solutions
- Governance, Risk, Compliance in a highly-regulated industry
- Interacting with IT and business stakeholders and maintaining positive relationships
- Analyzing, structuring & presenting complex topics in a manner fitting different audiences
