Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a new teammate into our dynamic Business Services team. Do not hesitate to apply and step into your first "big" job!

What challenges you might expect?

• Coordination of own business portfolio in collaboration with Business Teams,

• Administration, data entry and contract administration,

• Monitoring end to end processes, coordination of pending tasks,

• Daily use of Swiss Re tools, applications, and MS office package,

• Composition of various kind of outcomes (Power point – for client visits or events, Excel Spreadsheets, etc.),

• Communication and collaboration within the team and other departments globally

• Scheduling of meetings and any other tasks upon requests.
