Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Proactive participation in the full life cycle recruiting process including the development of job descriptions, creatively sourcing candidates, posting positions, candidate reviewing, extending job offers of high-quality diverse candidates
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand expectations of the open roles and candidate requirements
• Build a talent pipeline of a diverse pool of candidates to support future hiring needs and to improve an equal opportunity
• Be responsible for preparing and delivering regular detailed market insights about roles and trends with recommendations to help hiring managers and Recruiters drive the right recruitment strategy
• Analyse, innovate, and improve the talent sourcing methods
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs and create a talent pipeline
• Engage with potential candidates and top talents through EMEA market and link them with new opportunities in Swiss Re
• Represent a company as HR professional as the first impression makes the impact, be a seller of company culture, vision, and strategy
• Source passive candidates and interact with potential candidates via phone, email, social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing)

About the Team

You will be part of well-established Recruitment team who works with hiring managers throughout various Swiss Re EMEA locations. The team helps the hiring managers in Slovakia, UK, Germany, Switzerland, or other Western Europe locations to set the right recruitment strategy, bring the talent they need and make a hiring process a smooth experience for both managers and candidates. The team partners with the dedicated business unit and builds their own business knowledge and relationship with the hiring managers in insurance or reinsurance business.

The recruitment expertise throughout the EMEA region would put you at a distinct advantage. Further we expect:

• Demonstrable experience in internal Talent Sourcing or agency background is required to succeed in this role – minimum 4 years Recruitment experience, hiring for Finance roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that leads to an ability to advise business leaders
• Appropriate influencing skills to be able excite stakeholders for new ideas or new approaches
• Effective organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
• Interest and curiosity in understanding the insurance business roles
• Learning agility and growth mindset
• Customer centricity is the key to help you be successful
• Proficient in English
