About the Role

Are you passionate about bringing to life digital transformation within Communications? Do you want to be part of an inspiring journey to further drive and refine Swiss Re's digital communications strategy, especially on the website? If you consider yourself a creative and experienced digital communicator, we have a multifaceted and fast paced role for you.


You will be working in the Digital Media &Technology Team to create webpages, with a key focus to maintain and improve the quality of website for search engine optimisation (SEO) and for user experience (UX). To succeed in this role, you should have some understanding of content management systems (CMS), and have profound knowledge on how to optimise webpages in order to have top ranking on search engine result pages. Technical knowledge in areas of HTML and CSS and using code-generated programs is welcome as well as usage of tools like SEMrush, Siteimprove or other Google Keyword research tools. The job requires familiarity with development cycles and working in agile setup and is foreseen to cover 1-1,5 years.

About You

• Practical experience in using digital tools and platforms, especially Content Management Systems
• Experience in technical and content related SEO practices
• Experience in digital publishing, bug reporting and testing
• Understanding UX design and digital marketing processes
• Experience with agile project management software such as Jira
• An educational background in digital media or communications
• Sound business judgement
• A high level of accuracy
• Stamina and persistence to pursue new ideas
• Proficiency in English
