As a process expert in the DDS Business and Delivery Excellence CoE and process excellence Community od Practice you have the opportunity to help our customers reach the next level of their transformation.

You will:

• understand the importance of Business and Tech strategies as well as evolving business needs with regards to processes and capabilities
• support key end-to-end transformation projects and initiatives across multiple locations being responsible for establishing new processes and leading organizational change
• be responsible for delivering high quality and cross-domain business- and process architecture services, and apply end-to-end architecture development frameworks and consulting methodologies to deliver enterprise-wide and cross-functional process architecture improvements
• provide excellent services to the internal customers by understanding their needs and partner with internal and external domain specialists on technical topics to craft and implement solutions, act as an agent of change, while handling complexity
• contribute to Swiss Re's Process Excellence Community

Join us, the Design & Delivery Services (DDS) unit! We have a mission to enable business transformation and operational excellence initiatives across Swiss Re – to drive profitable growth and strengthen our market position.

The BDE CoE is a part of DDS. We help customers bring their strategies to life, through business- and operating model design, operational improvements as well as project and transformation management & execution. Agile project delivery.

While most of your peers and many of your key partners are based in Zurich (Switzerland), the BDE CoE team is composed of an international workforce spread across different locations and serving a global customer base.

We are looking for a new colleague who will replace one of our team member who just left on maternity leave.

As a successful candidate for this role, you ideally fit the below profile:

Education/skills

• 3+ years' delivery and or business consulting experience (as an Enterprise Architect, Process Expert, Business Analyst, Consultant or similar qualifications)
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or Social Sciences (or comparable education/equivalent experience)
• Process design and capability mapping knowledge including experience in applying related methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0) and tools (ARIS, Visio, Blueworks)

• Natural problem solver who can easily break down big challenges into smaller ones. Enjoys helping others excel.
• Lives and breathes outstanding collaboration (i.e. you're at ease to bring together people from different teams, backgrounds, expertise and seniority levels to jointly build customer value).

• Knowledge (and interest to learn more about) current and new technologies
• Passion for putting the customer at the centre of all work
• Strong communication skills. Excellent command of English; German is a plus
