The Talent Specialist team member engages as a strategic business partner with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Advisors to identify and secure outstanding passive talents for openings within Swiss Re. You will cover all aspects of talent sourcing including: strategy discussions with hiring manager, partners, sourcing from a variety of channels, and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse group of candidates. We champion phenomenal open culture with a focus on people, and we are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our EMEA Recruitment Team to take over a challenge to increase our talent pipeline. You will join our modern Bratislava office including our 'own the way you work benefits' and will provide talent direction and prioritisation for recruitment team. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Build a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines, and tracking process with measurable metrics
- Building a talent pipeline of a diverse pool of candidates to support future hiring needs and potential candidates that can be enthusiastically marketed to open or future positions within our business
- Handling new job openings, identify and engage top talent, liaising with passive candidates and building robust relationships
- Presents potential talents to managers and may coordinate further tasks when requested
- Focus on diverse talent to enhance equal opportunity
- Providing outstanding customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the whole recruitment process
- Improve candidate management and ensure prioritisation of roles
- Analyse and improve the talent sourcing methods
- Improve the collaboration within EMEA partners and with other functions within Bratislava

We collaborate closely and support each other. You will assume the responsibility for talent sourcing within a dynamic, multinational and highly engaged team of people who support EMEA region. The team primarily supports various Swiss Re EMEA locations and is responsible for accurate interview process. About you:

- Talent Sourcing internal or agency experience is needed to succeed in this role
- Willingness and ability to take personal ownership for day-to-day responsibilities and work without close supervision (why micro-managing you?)
- Effective communication skills and leadership skills: ability to encourage, managers, colleagues and other partners
- Effective organisational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to build and champion an inspiring environment with open communication and feedback culture
- Strong communication skills for working internally across departments
- Strong customer focus, service orientation and customer centricity is the key
- Language skills: very good professional level of English and any other European language is great advantage
